Document Checklist

• Passport

  • Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from Bangladesh

  • Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages

  • Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages

• Photograph

  • Two recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) and taken within the last 3 months

  • Applicant full face must be clearly visible without any headgear taken against a plain white background

• Proof of sufficient funds for undertaking travel

  • Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement signed and attested by a bank official

• Flight Ticket

  • In case flight tickets are booked, applicant needs to provide confirmed/booked round trip flight tickets to Bangladesh

  • We recommend to book refundable tickets just in case your visa gets rejected

• Accommodation

  • Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher with address and contact number under applicant’s name.

  • We recommend to book refundable hotel booking just in case your visa gets rejected

  • In case you’re staying with relative/friend then their Local address in Bangladesh along with their Id proof copy along with invitation letter from their end

• Cover Letter

  • Applicants must provide a cover letter on the A4 Paper / Business Letter Head

• NOC

  • NOC from employer (if employed) along with ID card copy / Business card

• GST Copy

  • If Self Employed, applicant needs to provide a GST copy

• Aadhaar Card Number

  • Unmasked E Aadhaar card
