Before booking

Compare fare type, baggage, stops, airport terminals and passenger names. The review page shows the final payable fare before payment.

Payment completed but confirmation pending

Do not pay again immediately. Keep the payment reference and contact support so the booking and payment status can be checked safely.

Change or cancel a booking

Open My Bookings or contact FlyX with the booking reference. Airline fare rules and availability determine the available change or cancellation options.
