Cancellation & Date Change Policy
How to cancel or change a FlyX flight booking, and what each option costs.
Cancellation charges
FlyXWorld cancellation charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be confirmed before processing your request. You pay the airline cancellation charge, and any coupon or discount used is taken back from the refund. The convenience fee and payment gateway charges are not refunded.
Date change charges
You pay the airline change fee, any fare difference for the new flight and a FlyX service fee. We tell you the exact amount first, and it is paid before the change is made. Some fares cannot be changed at all.
No-show
If you do not cancel before the airline deadline, the airline treats it as a no-show and usually refunds only the statutory taxes, less the adjustments above.
Time-sensitive bookings
If departure is close, contact support immediately. Airline deadlines are strict, and a late request can mean a higher charge.
