Cancellation request
Use My Bookings or contact FlyX support with the booking reference. A request is not complete until it is accepted and processed against the airline booking.
Charges and promotional discounts
Applicable airline penalties, FlyX charges, payment-related non-refundable amounts and any promotional saving are adjusted when the cancellation value is calculated.
Time-sensitive bookings
If departure is close, contact support immediately. Missing the airline’s cancellation deadline can result in a higher no-show charge or no refundable fare value.
