The airline’s cancellation or no-show charge, FlyX service charges where applicable, used promotional discount and non-refundable add-ons are adjusted before the final refund amount is shown.
After airline approval, FlyX initiates the eligible refund to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider settlement time can apply after initiation.
If the airline cancels or materially changes a flight, the options and refund eligibility are governed by the airline’s disruption policy. Contact support before making a separate cancellation request.
