Travel Sales Consultant (Flights)

About the role

Handle inbound flight enquiries end to end - understand the trip, quote the right fare, and close the booking without over-promising.

What you’ll do

• Respond to flight enquiries over call, WhatsApp and email within agreed response times
• Search and compare fares across airlines and quote options that genuinely fit the traveller
• Complete bookings accurately - names as per passport, correct dates, correct fare rules
• Explain baggage, cancellation and date-change rules clearly before payment
• Follow up on unconverted enquiries and keep the CRM notes current

What we’re looking for

• 1-3 years in flight sales, a travel agency or a call centre handling travel
• Comfortable reading fare rules and explaining them in plain language
• Fluent Hindi and English; Punjabi is an advantage
• Basic computer skills - browser, email, spreadsheets
