Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat)

About the role

The person travellers reach when something has gone wrong. Fix it, or find the person who can, and say honestly which one is happening.

What you’ll do

• Handle booking, payment and refund queries over call, chat and email
• Track every open issue to closure rather than passing it on and forgetting it
• Escalate genuine problems quickly with the full context attached
• Log recurring complaints so the underlying cause can be fixed

What we’re looking for

• Clear spoken Hindi and English; written English good enough for customer email
• Patience under pressure - most people calling support are already annoyed
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including some weekends
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply
