Accounts & Reconciliation Executive

About the role

Make sure every booking, refund and supplier invoice adds up - daily, not at month end.

What you’ll do

• Reconcile daily bookings, payment-gateway settlements and supplier invoices
• Track refunds owed to customers and refunds due from suppliers
• Maintain agent wallet ledgers and resolve mismatches
• Support GST filings and monthly closing

What we’re looking for

• 2-4 years in accounts, ideally in travel, e-commerce or another high-volume business
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS basics
• B.Com or equivalent
